Payment of the registration fee constitutes acceptance of the service offered and of Travel Express’s Terms and Conditions.
A deposit of **USD 600** is required at the time of registration.

Yes. After registering, you’ll need to make monthly payments according to the payment plan provided by your travel advisor.
The amount of each payment will depend on the cost of the program and how far in advance you register.
You must have paid at least “50% of the trip cost 150 days before departure” and “100% 90 days before.”
Failure to meet these deadlines may result in the release of your spot, rescheduling of the trip, or cancellation of the reservation.
If the final payment is not received by the established deadline, Travel Express may cancel the reservation. A late fee of **USD 50** and any differences in the airfare may also apply.
If no payments are made for two consecutive months, the reservation may be released and the trip may be rescheduled for a later date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or deposit, as well as through authorized platforms such as **Zelle and Stripe**, including credit or debit cards, depending on availability.
Yes. Taxes, fuel surcharges, and airline fees are subject to change.
Travel Express may also adjust the price of the package or the services booked if the euro appreciates against the U.S. dollar by more than 3% from the date the prices were printed.

Passengers must arrange their own flights, and when these do not coincide with the group’s flights, they must also arrange their own transportation to and from the hotel or airport.
Transfers at the destination are included for passengers who purchase the full package and travel on the dates set for the group tour.

The passport must be valid for at least **six months after the date of return from the trip**.

When a refund is covered by the travel assistance company, that company will be responsible for evaluating the case and issuing the refund directly to the passenger.
Travel Express does not participate in the travel assistance company’s evaluation or refund processes.
Reservations, cancellations, and any refunds are governed by the Terms and Conditions accepted at the time of registration.
The services purchased, including airfare and services at the destination, may be subject to non-refundable and non-transferable conditions. We recommend reviewing the full terms and conditions before confirming your registration.
According to the Terms and Conditions, payments made for cancellations made within “100 days prior to departure and up to the day of travel” are non-refundable.

No. Days or services not used due to personal reasons, illness, force majeure, or other circumstances are not eligible for a refund.
Yes, up to **120 days before departure**, subject to the current terms and conditions.
There is a **USD 200** fee for changes to cover administrative costs and the issuance of a new Travel Assistance voucher.
After this deadline, changes from one group to another are not permitted.
Changes and reactivations may be made for a new departure date up to one year from the date the change is requested, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
Requests for route changes must be made in writing at least **100 days in advance**.
